Vol. 341 No. 6

Written Answers . - County Wexford Property Valuation .

822.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will correct an error made by the Commissioner of Valuation in relation to a property (details supplied) in County Wexford which has been overvalued by £16,000 according to local farmers, ACOT advisers and local auctioneers.

: I have no function in determining valuations. I have consulted the Commissioner of Valuation who has informed me that he is satisfied that the opinion of value of the property in question given by his office is fair and reasonable. The interested person has now the right to appeal to the Land Values Reference Committee.
