: The planning of a new general hospital at Tallaght is at an early stage. The date at which the building of the hospital can commence will be dependent on the speed at which the planning can be completed and the review, which I am carrying out at the moment, of the health capital programme to determine how the various projects can be slotted into it given their priority ratings and the level of resource likely to be available.
