: It is a condition of the 1982 Cattle Headage Scheme in the Disadvantaged Areas that the total off-farm income of an applicant and spouse must not exceed £5,415 for the income tax year ended 5 April, 1982.
The person named was requested on two occasions to forward details of his spouse's off-farm earnings for that period and when he does so, his eligibility for payment will be determined.
