: A refund is not due in this case. The £20 (not £60 as stated in the question) paid by the parent in question in respect of the term ending at Easter 1983 was the appropriate fee for two national school pupils who are ineligible on grounds of distance for free transport to school but who are availing themselves of concessionary fare-paying facilities.
