: I sanctioned a loan of £300,000 in respect of this scheme on 4 March 1983. The capital allocation of £500,000 which I made to Louth County Council in respect of major public water and sewerage schemes in 1983 was notified to the county council on 15 March 1983; this allocation included provision for projected expenditure on the Tullyallen sewerage scheme in 1983.
