: The pupils referred to by the Deputy do not attend their nearest suitable school and, therefore, are not eligible for free transport to that school. They may be afforded concessionary fare-paying facilities to the school only if spare accommodation is available on the relevant vehicle. Spare accommodation is not available at present.
