: I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a claim for repayment of income tax on the grounds of unemployment, was submitted to the inspector of taxes on 15 March 1983. The claim was dealt with and a cheque in settlement in the sum of £274.45 issued to the taxpayer on 6 April 1983.
