I move:
That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 105 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Postal and Telecommunications Services Bill, 1982, which had reached Committee Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 4 November, 1982 be restored to the Order Paper.
Could I ask the Minister whether he is circulating the list of amendments which he mentioned here at Question Time?
It would be my intention, subject to agreement among the Whips, that we would take Committee Stage of this Bill on 24 May and that the list of amendments, which is substantial, would be circulated in the next few days.
