asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when a telephone will be installed for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 3.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when a telephone will be installed for a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

Terms are being quoted and service will be provided within about three months after the necessary agreement has been signed.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when a telephone service will be repaired for a person (details supplied) in County Dublin as it has been out of order since 6 May 1983.

It is expected that service will be provided during the latter part of this year.

It had been expected that service would be provided earlier for the person named. Regrettably this was not possible because of the need to divert staff to other urgent work requiring priority attention.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when a telephone service will be provided for a person (details supplied) in County Dublin; and if this will be expedited having regard to the fact that she is a widow with a young family and requires the facility for security purposes.

A survey is being carried out to ascertain when service can be provided for the person named. The applicant will be advised of the result of the survey as soon as it is completed.
