Limerick East): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration based on long possession. It was received in the Land Registry on 9 December 1982 and is at present receiving attention. Applications such as this involve detailed and complex examination of title, usually necessitating extensive correspondence and the issue of statutory notices to interested parties. It is not possible at this stage to say when registration will be effected.
