Vol. 343 No. 4

Written Answers. - Ballyferriter (Kerry) School.

674.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will replace a ditch around the new primary school in Ballyferriter, County Kerry, with a stone fence, in view of the fact that the local committee will pay the difference in cost between the stone wall and a wire fence.

The Office of Public Works will shortly make a recommendation to the Department of Education as to the boundaries it considers necessary for the new school at Ballyferriter, County Kerry. The question of a grant and the amount of the local contribution in respect of the proposals is one for the Department of Education.
