Total expenditure to date on development works being carried out at Cong Sawmill amounts to about £90,000.
Apart from the works in progress further developments are envisaged over the next few years and it is not possible to say when they will be completed. Some initial work has been carried out on drainage and improvement of the surface of the yard.
