asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when a telephone service will be provided for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

A survey is being carried out to ascertain when service can be provided for the person named. The applicant will be advised of the result of the survey as soon as it is completed.

Terms will be quoted shortly and it is expected that service will be provided within about three months after the necessary agreement has been signed.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware that the residents of Pine Lawn, Pine Court, County Dublin, have been without a telephone service for five years; when telephones will be installed for them, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Necessary cabling work to enable telephone service to be provided for applicants at Pine Court is expected to be completed before the end of this year. Service will be provided as soon as possible after that.

It has not been possible in the time available to trace an application for the party named. If the Deputy can furnish additional information including when and where the application was made and the full postal address further inquiry will be made.
