Having regard to the need to conserve available capital for major water and sewerage schemes in progress or getting to construction for which adequate finance must be provided including the East Waterford water supply scheme and the Dungarvan sewerage scheme marine outfall, I cannot say, at present, when I may be in a position to approve the contract documents for the Lismore sewerage scheme or when work may commence on the scheme.
