Grants of up to two-thirds of the cost per house are payable in respect of private group sewerage schemes, subject to a grant limit of £250 per house on the mainland and £400 per house on islands off the west coast. While these grants are kept under constant review in my Department, there are no proposals at present to increase grants payable in respect of group sewerage schemes.
