I would draw the Deputy's attention to my reply of 19 April 1983 on this subject.
Valid objections have been made to me in relation to the compulsory purchase order to acquire land for the water supply scheme and the proposal to construct two reservoirs. The public local inquiries into these objections will be held in conjunction with the inquiry into the objections made to the water rights proposal as it is essential that all aspects of the scheme be considered together. I am not yet in a position to indicate a date for the holding of the inquiries but I can assure the Deputy that the necessary arrangements will be made without avoidable delay.
