The urban areas for the purposes of unemployment assistance are: (a) the County Boroughs of Cork, Dublin Limerick and Waterford, (b) the Borough of Dun Laoghaire, (c) the urban districts of Arklow, Athlone, Bray, Carlow, Clonmel, Drogheda, Dundalk, Galway, Kilkenny, Killarney, Naas, Sligo, Thurles, Tralee, Tullamore, Wexford.
