asked the Minister for Education when a grant will be paid for essential repairs to Annagh national school, County Clare.

A report concerning improvement works required at Annagh national school, County Clare, has been received by my Department from the Commissioners of Public Works and is under consideration. My Department will write to the school chairman when a decision has been taken.

asked the Minister for Education when it is proposed to erect the new national school at Inagh, County Clare.

I have agreed to the placing of a contract for the proposed new national school at Inagh, County Clare.

The usual formal letters in this connection to the chairman of the board of management and the commissioners of Public Works have been issued by the building's section, primary branch, of my Department. The further arrangements will be a matter for the chairman's architect acting in consultation with the commissioners.

asked the Minister for Education when the extension of Kilmihil vocational school, County Clare, will commence.

Working drawings for the extension to Kilmihil vocational school are awaited from the County Clare Vocational Education Committee. Pending completion of all the planning stages for the project, it is not possible to state when construction will commence.
