Despite their efforts, the Industrial Development Authority have not as yet secured an industrial project for the 25,000 sq. ft. advance factory in Monaghan Town.
In addition to the advance factory, the authority are also vigorously promoting their four cluster units, each of 3,000 sq. ft. They also own 8.7 acres of land in the town which are being promoted for industrial development.
