Sketch plans prepared by the chairman's architect for the proposed new national school at Ferns, County Wexford, have been accepted as satisfactory by the Commissioners of Public Works and by my Department. The further stages of architectural planning will proceed when documentary evidence recently received by my Department has established that the title to the site for the new school is satisfactory, and when agreement has been reached on the level of local contribution.
