Because of the manner in which the price paid for gas by NET is determined, publication of the price would, in effect, require me to give an indication of the contract price between BGE and Marathon. I am advised that, in accordance with international practice generally, this contract price has not been formally published and I consider that it would not be desirable to depart from this practice.
