The question of allocating the necessary capital resources to the North-Eastern Health Board to enable the planning and building of the proposed extension to the day care centre at the Holy Family School, Cootehill, to proceed will be considered as sympathetically as possible in the light of the capital resources available to me in 1984 and the competing priorities for finance.
