asked the Minister for Agriculture if 1983 cattle headage payments were made to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

My Department are unable to trace any application for cattle headage grant under the 1983 Disadvantaged Areas Scheme from the person named.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will have arrangements made to pay a farm modernisation grant to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The grant of £3,098 will be paid shortly together with a number of other grants certified about the same time.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when a farm modernisation grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The grant of £2,037 in this case has been paid.

526.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason a farm development grant is not being paid to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

The local office of the Department has not yet been notified by the applicant that the approved work has been completed. When notification is received a final inspection will be carried out and if the work is satisfactorily completed the grant will be paid without delay.
