A new house grant cannot be paid to the person named until an inspection establishes that the house has been completed and occupied. When my Department's inspector inspected the house in November 1983, a list of outstanding work which must be completed before a grant can be paid was issued to the person named. To date no notification has been received that the work has been completed and that the house is occupied.
