asked the Minister for Agriculture when a land reclamation grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

Payment of grant has been deferred pending consideration of a complaint from an adjoining landowner.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when a 1982 calf-subsidy grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The person named has been paid his calf premium on calves born in 1982 already. Payments on 1983 calves have commenced and will continue for a further two months. The person named will be paid his calf premium as soon as the batch which includes his payment is processed.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason for the delay in paying a farm modernisation grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

The grant of £2,700 for farm buildings has been paid.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when a farm modernisation grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

The grant of £1,025 will be paid shortly together with a number of other grants certified about the same time.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when sheep subsidy payments will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

The person named was paid a sheep headage grant under the 1983 disadvantaged areas schemes on 20 January 1984 and a first instalment under the scheme of premiums for good quality ewes, 1983-84 on 23 January 1984.
