asked the Minister for Social Welfare the reason the South Eastern Health Board have not yet approved a disabled person's maintenance allowance for a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; how long more it will take to process his application; the reason there has been such an undue delay; when the processing will be completed; and when he will be able to give a definitive answer on the determination of the person's eligibility.

The person in question applied for a disabled person's maintenance allowance on Friday, 17 February 1984. His application is being processed at present and he will be notified of the outcome of his application within two weeks.
