The sum of £1.2 million provided for capital grants towards the provision of recreational facilities in my Department's Vote in the current year is fully committed to projects selected for assistance in previous years. There are no funds available to my Department whereby capital grants may be made available to new projects. Payments made this year will be in respect of on-going projects.
