Bill entitled an Act to make further provision for claims for loss or injury related to functions transferred by the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act, 1983, to An Post or Bord Telecom Éireann and for that purpose to repeal and replace, with modifications, sections 56 and 57 of that Act and to provide for related matters.
