The application for a grant towards the cost of providing a housecraft unit at Our Lady of Fatima special school, Wexford, was received in my Department recently. I am having the matter examined and a decision in relation to it will be conveyed to the school authorities in due course.
It is not the practice to communicate to other than the school authorities concerned the percentage of the total cost which may be required by way of the local contribution in any individual case.
