The claim of the person concerned to unemployment benefit from 15 November 1982 to 2 January 1983 was disallowed on the grounds that he failed to satisfy the contribution conditions. His application for unemployment assistance for that period was referred to the social welfare officer for inquiries into his means. The social welfare officer, however, failed to locate him. Arrangements will now be made to have his means at that time assessed and his entitlement to unemployment assistance for the period in question will be decided in the light of the means assessed against him.
