I have allocated £150,000 to the Donegal County Council in respect of the council's 1984 small water and sewerage schemes programme which includes a proposal to provide a water supply extension to serve the Knather Road area of Ballyshannon. It is now a matter for the council to determine which individual schemes from its programme should be financed within its small schemes allocation.
