Before the Chair moves on from these questions, I wish to say that these were originally intended for the Minister for Industry, Trade, Commerce and Tourism. They relate particularly to the present unemployment problem in County Louth, where there has been a serious increase in the number of unemployed. It is unfortunate that the questions have not been left with that Minister so that we could ask him supplementaries and find out exactly what his policy will be with regard to industrial promotion in the area.

We cannot have a speech on these. They are statistical questions.

Precisely, a Cheann Comhairle. I am precluded from asking any supplementary questions in relations to them. Basically, what is the Minister going to do about the very serious unemployment problem in County Louth?

As the Deputy has told me, he knows that that is not in order on the question.
