Vol. 351 No. 8

Written Answers. - Statements by Judge.

448.

asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will consider further appropriate action as a response to the statements made by Lord Justice Gibson following the acquittal of members of the RUC of the murder of unarmed men; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have made my views on this matter known in a detailed statement which I issued on 9 June 1984 and directly to the British Government. I do not, at this stage, propose any further action.
