The pupils in three post-primary schools in Ballyfermot, including Caritas College, transfer to Ballyfermot Senior Cycle College for their leaving certificate and other post intermediate certificate courses. This arrangement has been in operation since 1979 and I am satisfied that it best serves the educational interests of the pupils of the area.
