Vol. 352 No. 8

Written Answers. - ECG Machine.

491.

asked the Minister for Health the age of the ECG machine in use at Bantry Hospital, County Cork, and if it is intended to replace it; and if not the reason why it is not being replaced.

There are two ECG machines at Bantry General Hospital. One machine is 16 years old and the other is 12 years old. I have a proposal from the Southern Health Board for the replacement of one of the machines and this is being considered at the moment.
