asked the Minister for the Environment the reasons that the balance of grants due have not been paid to a group water scheme (details supplied) in County Galway, the date on which these payments will be made, the total amount to be paid and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The question of a further payment of grants to this group will be considered when the total number of grant eligible domestic supplies in the scheme has been determined. In this connection, a further inspection of the scheme has been arranged following correspondence with the group about the results of an earlier inspection of the domestic water supplies in the scheme.
