My Department on 17 August 1984 advised the school authorities that it had agreed to the provision of a double prefab unit at the school in question. The Commissioners of Public Works were at the same time asked to advise the school authorities regarding the necessary arrangements. My Department awaits a report from the commissioners regarding the outcome, with a view to sanctioning the appropriate grant.
