My Department will consider any application for assistance submitted to it under its grant scheme for youth employment towards the restoration of Geevagh community sportsfield. Further information regarding the scheme may be obtained from the youth affairs section of my Department.
It would also be open to the sportsfield committee to approach AnCO to see whether assistance could be made available under the community youth training programme.
