asked the Minister for Education if she will arrange immediate payment of a school transport grant to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.
The school transport grant referred to by the Deputy is one of a number of grants which will shortly be paid by my Department to the Church of Ireland Board of Education on foot of claims recently submitted by the board. This body makes the payments to the individual families who qualify for them.
