There are three boat houses at the Lower Lake, Killarney, maintained by the Commissioners of Public Works — one at Muckross and two at Reen. The boat house at Muckross is in a good state of repair; some works were recently carried out at one of the boat houses at Reen and further works will be done as they become necessary.
