My Department have been considering as a long term objective the provision of an employment exchange to serve the Clondalkin area of County Dublin in the context of the proposed development of a town centre in the Clondalkin-Lucan area. In the shorter term, however, the question of alternative arrangements is being actively pursued and every effort is being made to secure suitable alternative premises.
