I have seen reports of statements attributed to Commissioner Dalsager. I am awaiting a proposal from the Commission in regard to the extension of the basic EC Regulation which expired on 30 April 1984. In the meantime, the position relating to the AI subsidy remains as set out in the public statement which I issued on 8 June last.
