asked the Minister for Education if the purchase of the access route to the site for the proposed new all-Irish school at Rathcoole, County Dublin, has been finalised.

A contract has been entered into for the purchase of the access route to the site for the proposed new all-Irish school at Rathcoole, County Dublin. The matter is at present in the hands of the chief state solicitor for the completion of the legal formalities. It is understood from the chief state solicitor that he awaits the deed of transfer which is at present with the vendor's legal advisers for execution.
