My Department have no record of receiving a claim concerning statutory redundancy payments from the employer concerned.
The employer should complete an application form RP3 and submit it to the redundancy payments section of my Department. The application should be accompanied by copies of the notice of redundancy form RP1 and the redundancy certificate form RP2 in respect of each of the three employees. When the application is received I will arrange to expedite any payments due.
