The person named will be paid his cattle headage grant under the 1984 disadvantaged areas schemes as soon as the batch which includes his payment is processed.

Under the conditions of the farm modernisation scheme the work in this case had to be completed by a specific date. As this condition was not met a reduced rate of grant was paid. In addition a less costly building was substituted for the one approved which resulted in a further reduction in grant.
