asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will make urgent arrangements to repair the banks which were broken down by unusually high tides and heavy flooding recently at (a) Incheree, Glenbeigh and (b) Glosha, Cromane, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter and have regard to the fact that lands are flooded and dwelling houses are in danger of being flooded.

The Land Commission have no responsibility for maintenance of the embankments in question.
