Vol. 355 No. 4

Written Answers. - Thorndale (Dublin) Land.

547.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if the land at the Thorndale Pig Testing Station at Beaumont road, Dublin, which had been set aside for a new secondary school is now no longer required for this purpose; and, if so, if he will consider making it available to Whitehall Colmcille GAA Club for use as playing pitches.

My Department understands that the proposed new secondary school at Beaumont is not being proceeded with. The future use of the land at Thorndale is being reviewed in the light of this development.
