As indicated in my reply of 13 November 1984, proposals for a revised rent scheme for 1985 have been put to the National Association of Tenant's Organisations. Discussions with the association are continuing.
Will the Minister make the details available as soon as they are ready?
Yes.
Has the Minister of State any idea when the details of the increase in council loans will be given?
As soon as we have completed our negotiations with the organisation in question. I hope that will be soon as there is revenue in this for local authorities.
