Limerick East): There is no record of an application to the Land Registry for a copy folio in relation to the lands to which the question relates. The registration of a transfer order under section 90 of the Housing Act 1966 was completed on 1 October 1984.

asked the Minister for Justice the reason for the long delay in having a folio number issued to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.
Limerick East): The registration of a transfer order under section 90 of the Housing Act, 1966 in relation to the lands to which the question relates has not been completed because of mapping difficulties which arose and which were outside the control of the Land Registry. The registration will be dealt with as quickly as possible and, at that stage, the usual application may be made for a copy of the folio.
