This estate will be disposed of as quickly as possible but the programme may be affected by staff releases that will have to be made in connection with the new farm tax announced in the national plan. The estimated cost of improvements work in relation to fencing etc. is £35,800. I am not yet in a position to say whether funds of this order would be available for this work.
